Cables, Cords, and Clutter in NYC Rental Apartments – Part 2

A client of RDNY.com found a lovely apartment rental in Manhattan with a strange problem. The walls were paneled, potentially making her home office a clutter of cables and c0rds. She was just about to turn this lovely no fee apartment for rent in Manhattan down when we came up with a solution for her.

1. When you find the right apartment for rent in NYC, you're not going to pass it by because of cable clutter. You're going to cover the clutter. Figure out where you want to channel your cables.

2. Cut your plastic channel covers to size. (note to Mother: Mom, this was a no fee apartment! I saved money!)

3. Make sure all the cut pieces fit together properly. Make sure you have the proper corner pieces and connectors.

The final product should be a nice, clean, and barely noticeable way to hide your cables and control the clutter.
