3 No Fee Greenwich Village Apartments of Note That Came In Today

The Village holds a special place in our hearts. It’s where we lived for many years and it’s where I started my real estate career. One of the best things about The Village is that it has charm because it is basically a low-rise area. One of the bad things about the Village is that prices are high, because it is such a low-rise area. Don’t even think about looking for cheap apartments in Greenwich Village. You’ll be wasting your time.

When new Greenwich Village or West Village apartments for rent turn up in our new listings for the day, I look at them closely. And when they are the type of apartments that just ooze charm, I try to bring them to your attention. Today, we have three such apartments. One of them, a studio apartment, is technically in Chelsea, but it’s just one block away from the Village, so I’m going to bend the rules a bit.

So let’s get on with the show…

You’ll be only 2 blocks away from Union Square’s great
Green Market, held year round every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Fruits, cheeses, vegetables, organic meats, honey and jams, herbs, and all kinds of produce are direct from local farms.

This beautiful No Fee studio is set in the lush gardens, behind the main building. Privacy and total charm. $2,725.
